PASTE IT is operated by Cureten Holdings Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how PASTE IT handles information when a seller connects marketplace accounts such as eBay to the PASTE IT platform.

1. Information we may access

When you connect an eBay seller account, PASTE IT may access information made available through eBay APIs and only within the permissions you approve. This may include seller account information, business policies, inventory and listing information, product identifiers, prices, stock levels, order and fulfilment information, and technical authorization data required to keep the connection working.

2. How we use information

PASTE IT uses connected marketplace data to provide catalogue synchronization, marketplace connection status, pricing and margin analysis, workflow automation, inventory and listing management, order and fulfilment support, and other features you choose to use.

We do not use connected eBay data for unrelated advertising or sell personal information obtained through eBay APIs.

3. Authorization and access

PASTE IT only accesses an eBay account after the account holder authorizes access through eBay's OAuth sign-in process. Access is limited to the permissions approved during authorization.

You may revoke PASTE IT's access from your eBay account settings or by contacting us.

4. Storage and security

PASTE IT is designed to store only information reasonably necessary to operate the service. Authentication credentials and refresh tokens are handled server-side and are not intentionally exposed in the public user interface.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing of information

We may share data only where necessary to operate PASTE IT, provide requested marketplace functionality, comply with law, protect rights and security, or use service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell eBay seller data to third parties.

6. Data retention

We retain connected marketplace information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When a marketplace connection is removed, authorization credentials should no longer be used and may be deleted according to our retention and security processes.

7. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect a marketplace account, revoke eBay authorization, request access to information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where applicable and subject to legal obligations.

8. Third-party platforms

PASTE IT connects to third-party services such as eBay and Shopify. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy applies to PASTE IT's handling of information and does not replace the privacy policies of those third parties.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as PASTE IT develops or legal and marketplace requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
